RE: Date and time post within Twitter

You can use a Template for this. A Template lets you include code inside a response or auto post.

i.e.
Template("Today is {Date.date()}, and the time is {Date.time()}.")

The code inside the {} is "Self" code, which is a dialect of JavaScript.
